Would you like to join Canticum?
Canticum members are required to have strong sight-reading skills and the ability to learn new and difficult pieces very quickly. We present at least three major concerts per year in our own concert series, in addition to taking part as guests in other performances. Admission to the choir is by audition only, and annual choir fees are applicable.
Rehearsals are held Tuesday evenings at the St Mary's, Kangaroo Point from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
Occasional weekend rehearsals may be scheduled and there will be extra rehearsals in the week prior to a performance. Notice of extra calls will be given well in advance.
If you are able to read music, already have choral singing experience, and are motivated to be part of a dynamic, high-level performance group, we want to hear from you!
