Canticum is pleased to present a concert of inspirational music for Holy Week in the magnificently resonant yet intimate acoustic of Sacred Heart, a perfect space for musical reflection. Well-known and lesser-known choral masterpieces await the listener, with Ralph Vaughan Williams’ soaring Mass in G Minor the core of the programme, complemented perfectly by a selection of Renaissance motets by Tomás Luis de Victoria and the compelling modern work O crux by Knut Nystedt.
